Goals- Make your goals specific and measureable. Use the statics available from your web site to help measure these goals. An example of a measurable goal would be; Reach 50,000 visitors per month within 3 months.
Reaching Goals- Determine what tactics could be used to reach the goals mentioned above. In order to evaluate marketing tactics fairly and efficiently don't try too many at once.
Tactics and Your Audience- Consider your tactics and if they are appropriate for your audience. Are email broadcasts good for your younger audience? Are Social Networks good for your older audience? Do you need both?
Things to Consider- Does your plan fit with the needs and interests of the audience? Does the plan make financial sense? Is the plan within your capabilities to execute?
Evaluate Progress- Decide when and how often you will evalute your compaign. Decide how long you will give each tactic to start showing results. Some tactics take longer than others to show result.
